These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Crush-TLDR ("the App"), operated by Yard & Y'all Technologies ("we", "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
By creating an account or using Crush-TLDR, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Crush-TLDR is a mobile application that helps long-distance couples find affordable flights, plan visits, and coordinate travel. The App provides:
You must create an account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Flight prices, schedules, and availability displayed in the App are provided by third-party data sources (Amadeus) and are subject to change without notice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any flight information. The App is an informational tool — all bookings are made through external airlines or travel agencies.
We are not a travel agency and do not sell airline tickets. We are not responsible for any booking decisions you make based on information shown in the App.
Activity recommendations are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee their accuracy, safety, or suitability. Always verify recommendations independently before making plans.
The partner pairing feature allows two users to share trip data and plans. By pairing with another user, you consent to sharing your name, home city, airport code, and trip plans with that person. You can unpair at any time from the Settings screen.
If you enable push notifications, we may send you alerts about price changes, trip reminders, and partner activity. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings or in the App.
The App, including its design, code, features, and content, is owned by Yard & Y'all Technologies and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen, which permanently removes all your data. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yard & Y'all Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to missed flights, incorrect pricing, or lost data.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
